Baja BN and other issues.

Dear sir,
We have taken over a vegetable farm in kg.Lahanas Cinta Mata, Jalan Kauluan but found that the existing workers, Encik Yohnnes Rente (AM009631) and his wife Esra Parente (AZ989422), had been involved in many illegal activities including allowing illegal workers without proper documentations to work on the farm, using 'Baja BN - subsidized fertilizers meant for Padi farmers, installation of Parabola disc, etc.
As one of the land owners concerned in this issues, could we be advised as to the most effective and right course of action to take. Thank you.

Yours truly,

Response:
It is advised that the following be approached for the issues you raised:-

1.       Immigration Department-regarding illegal workers without proper documentation working in the farm.

2.       Customs and Excise Department-for the parabola installation if they do not have the permit to import the equipment.

3.       Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Sabah-for the misuse of subsidized fertilizers.  The fertilizers is supplied by the Federal Government through this agency.

It is a great pity that while we have proudly declared to the world Kinabalu's beauty and splendor, yet at its foot and the areas surrounding it are being destroyed by human greed, corrupted government officials and irresponsible illegal immigrants from the neighboring countries whose main objectives are to make money no matter what.

Wake Up Sabah before it is too LATE!
